Teriyaki Sauce
In a pot mix: 1 cup chicken stock (thick) ½ cup soy sauce ½ cup of Mirm, which is a Japanese seasoning ¼ cup of sake a touch of ground ginger 1 onion 1 piece of dried red chili 1 piece of garlic 2 tablespoons of brown sugar Boil for 10-15 minutes
